Your cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel. If you cancel before we begin preparing your report, you'll receive a full refund. If work has started but the report isn't yet delivered, a partial refund applies. Once your report is delivered, the service is complete.

If anything in a delivered report needs correcting, we'll fix it — that's included.
