One expert-prepared report. No products sold, no installers recommended — just an honest, independent view of what your property needs, what it will cost, and what you could get back.
Heat pumps. Solar panels. Cavity wall insulation. ECO4. Boiler Upgrade Scheme. Warm Homes Grant.
The options are overwhelming — and making the wrong choice first can cost thousands of pounds and years of wasted effort.
A Retrofit Masterplan Report cuts through the noise. You get a clear, expert-prepared roadmap for your specific property — not generic advice from the internet, but a professional analysis of your home.
What to do first, second, and third — ranked by real impact on your specific home, not a generic checklist.
Explore homeownersRunning costs, required works, and retrofit potential — before you're committed to it, when the figures still give you leverage.
Explore buyersConfirmed government policy on EPC C by 2030, and the lowest-cost path to get there.
Explore landlordsMost advice looks at one upgrade in isolation. We evaluate your building's fabric, its heating, the funding available, and the right sequence — together — so nothing gets missed.

I trained as an urban designer and a sustainability consultant, and I genuinely love the detail of how homes work — what keeps them warm, what quietly wastes money, and what's actually worth doing. But what stayed with me wasn't the technical side. It was how many people I sat down with felt stuck: keen to improve their home, but unsure who to trust — because nearly everyone offering advice was also trying to sell them something.
So one of the biggest decisions of the year gets made alone, without a single person whose only job is to tell you the truth. That gap is why Worthy Home Advisory exists.
The full 12-section report — property & EPC summary, top 5 recommendations, grant eligibility, financing routes, financial summary, solar assessment, and a phased action plan — delivered as a PDF within 5 working days.
After our first 10 clients, the price moves to £299.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel. If you cancel before we begin preparing your report, you'll receive a full refund. If work has started but the report isn't yet delivered, a partial refund applies. Once your report is delivered, the service is complete.
If anything in a delivered report needs correcting, we'll fix it — that's included.
Figures are indicative and vary by property; grants and savings are never guaranteed.
We're a new, independent service — and here's exactly why that's a good thing for you. We have no products to sell, no installers to recommend, and no commission to earn. That independence isn't a marketing line — it's the entire reason the advice can be honest.
Real reviews coming soon
No. We don't produce a new EPC — that requires an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. We interpret your property's existing EPC and build an independent plan around it.
A quote is from someone who wants to sell you the work. We don't install anything, sell any products, or take commission from contractors — our only job is to tell you what's actually worth doing.
Yes — however, grant eligibility is always confirmed by the scheme provider, not us. We tell you what you may qualify for and how to check, using "may qualify" language deliberately, because final eligibility isn't ours to guarantee.
You're immediately redirected to a short questionnaire (8–10 minutes). Once we receive your answers, we prepare your personalised report and deliver it as a PDF to your email within 5 working days.
Full refund if you cancel before we begin work. Partial refund if you cancel after work has started but before delivery. Once your report is delivered, the service is complete.
Online calculators use generic assumptions. Your report is prepared by a consultant who reviews your specific property — your wall type, roof orientation, construction era, heating system, and goals — and builds recommendations around your actual situation. No calculator can assess solar potential from satellite imagery or flag planning constraints for your specific street.
Yes. We prepare reports for properties across England. Grant availability varies by location — your report reflects exactly what's available in your specific area and borough.
